Helpful Report

“Item arrived when advised however too big so send straight back however over a week later I am still waiting for the refund, £177.65 is alot of money to be waiting for, especially this time of year & in the current climate. I have rated good for the delivery only, unacceptable for the rest of my experience. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Sarah-Jayne”

Helpful Report

We are sorry you had to wait for your refund Sarah-Jayne. Unfortunately due to the postal strikes, it took quite a while to get back to us and we can only begin the refund process when the goods actually arrive back with us. I am pleased to say this has all been cleared up now. Thank you and kind regards Charles Hobson
