“I ordered a Barbour coat on Saturday. The coat was delivered to a store location on the following Wednesday which I thought was very quick. The coat was excellent, unfortunately it was a little too large so I have sent it back to exchange for the size below. There was a bag in the package with the return address on so was easy to package up. There was a form to fill in with resin for the return and if I wanted a refund or an exchange. All very helpful. I’ve sent the package back today and I look forward to receiving the smaller size coat. Great experience so far, just wished I’d ordered the right size as the coat was exactly what I wanted! Thanks”

“Genuinely first class. The deal I found for my beloved Barbour jacket just seemed too good to be true. So, I called them just to check the shop/deal actually existed. To my delight, the person I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave great advice on my proposed purchase. I ordered on a Friday and my jacket arrived free of delivery charges on Monday morning. Great product, great deal, great service. Highly recommended. Will definitely buy from here again. Thank you.”

“Can't fault them! Had a query on the size of a Barbour coat, spoke to a really helpful chap who advised on the size, ordered at 2pm on standard delivery, it turned up at 12 the following day and it fits really well. Plus it was 30 percent cheaper than others, would definitely recommend.”
