“Excellent service, the best I have experienced in my considerable years of shopping. I had a query about deliver times as we are entering the pre Christmas rush so rang the shop and my call was taken by Charles Hobson himself. He is a very affable gentleman and my Barbour Sapper jacket arrive within 2 days of placing the order, exactly as he had predicted. The jacket is a perfect fit and I am very impressed by the whole shopping experience.”

“Very happy with purchase, ordered on Thursday evening arrived saturday at 2.30pm. Arrived well packaged inabox and jacket was in Barbour bag inside, it was a great price got it £44 cheaper than anywhere else. The delivery company kept me well informed of delivery times, and giving me options if I wasn't going to be in on the day, original day was Monday which I informed them to deliver to my neighbours, but then got text saying it was coming on Saturday which was great as I was home. Will definitely use this company again so ease and straight forward thank you”

“The Company dispatched the wrong item in error and when contacted were absolutely brilliant, the best customer service experience I have had in years. The replacement product was received the following day along with a returns bag fully paid for the original garment. The staff at Charles Hobson couldn’t do enough to help.
