“I ordered a Barbour Ashby, it arrived the very next day. Unfortunately it was to big, after a brief phone call I was advised to order the smaller size. This too arrived the very next day. I returned the first jacket for a full refund which was refunded 3 days later. Allowing for postal timings, I find this extremely quick service and very professional. I would recommend this company to any body.”

“Sorry to have to write this. Coat was very good price, Delivery was great, on time the next day, well packaged with return labels. Coat was good quality and fitted well. However the lining had several what looked like short straight dog hairs which wouldn’t brush off and had to be picked off, we don’t have a dog, I’m sorry for this revue but you did ask.”
