“Ordered a Barbour Corbridge at a fantastic price, along with next day delivery. Initially ordered a size small online but - after reading numerous recommendations to get this jacket a size up from normal - called and changed the order no bother at all. Great, friendly service.”

“Perfect customer service! I ordered an XL which was too big. I returned it for a size smaller which was promptly delivered. No-hassle, quick sale - perfect. Thanks very much!! Also, the cheapest I could find on the net. My local menswear store sells them for £249! A note to potential buyers: I am 5'10, 42 chest. Large fits me perfectly ; ) You won't be disappointed with the quality either. Looking forward to wearing this later in the year.”

“Happy with the speed of delivery and quality of what ordered but a 10% discount that was shown on the website was not applied. The item cost £145 but when code was applied it was stated that the code had already been applied. This is misleading.”

Helpful Report

Hi Mr Down. We're sorry to hear that you feel misled by the promotion on our website. The prompt for the discount code does stipulate that the offer only applies to full priced items, as it removes the ten percent amount from the selected item's RRP. As our sale items regularly change, the code can technically be applied to any products, however no effect will show if the item is already discounted by more than ten percent. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, however we are glad to hear that you are pleased with the jacket itself, and that it reached you promptly. Kind regards, Charles Hobson
