“My online order, purchased as a gift, arrived quickly, was well-packaged and in pristine condition. This was a Barbour gilet and the most competitive price I had found online. Unfortunately, the style and fit of the garment did not suit the recipient and so I had to return it. The returns process was straightforward and uncomplicated. Customer service was excellent.”

“After many weeks of searching the internet, I decided finally upon the Barbour Corbridge in Rustic. I placed the order after the 3 pm next-day delivery deadline but despite this, the staff at Charles Hobson arranged for next-day delivery! The coat is simply fantastic and the service I received and the well-designed website, made the whole process so easy. I will certainly shop there again. “First time buyer used the website to purchase a Barbour jacket. With the cost being over £200 it's important that I was satisfied with the product. The quality was as expected from barbour and it was well. Packaged and unspoiled. The size I order was too big and once I sent the item back it was exchanged and redelivered within 7 days from point of return. I did contact the customer help desk to ensure I'd receive within that time frame due to a holiday booked. They were very pleasant and assurance was given. They remained true to their word and thus I won't hesitate using this site again and I fact will make it one of my go to sites for new clothing. 10/10”
