“Definitely will order from this company again I bought my husband a barbour wax jacket in Feb for his birthday in April and it was to big. I contacted the company and actually got to spk to someone and without hesitation they exchanged it considering I bought it 2 months earlier. Nice to have customer care experience which is very rear with other companies”

“Purchased Barbour jacket and can not fault the service. The price was excellent and delivery to the Highlands of Scotland was only a couple of days which is one of the best we have seen. Website and charges were very clear. Would recommend and have no hesitation using again.”

“I rarely write a review but felt that this company was well deserving of one. Their price for my Barbour Sapper mens jacket was very competitive. The ordering process was simple and communications up to the point of delivery were excellent. Goods were as described and a returns label enclosed should the need be. An added benefit was the free postage. I would gladly recommend this company.”

“The product I purchased did not fit. I have a XXL Barbour Jacket that fits really well, so thought buying a XXXL would fit also. It was about 150cm smaller. Have Barbour changed their sizes? Cost me £21.00 to buy and return jacket not fit for purpose. No problem with shop but are they aware of a sizing problem with Barbour?”

It is worth noting that your Barbour Sapper jacket is a regular fit and the Barbour Tourer Duke jacket a slim fit, but even we are incredulous at a difference of 150cm. We are sorry that on this occasion we could not be of use to you but hope you would consider speaking with us before you purchased another Barbour jacket as we are more than happy to advise on the vagrancies in sizing and style. “I found Charles Hobson following a Google search. They had a brilliant variety of items and very keen pricing. I initially had a problem with the PayPal payment for the item I had selected. I called up to discuss and was met with a friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff member. When I placed a further order, I was phoned to confirm and the item was despatched and delivered the next day. Unfortunately, it was too big, but the returns process was simple and straightforward. A replacement item was sent the very next day. The service was excellent; they are a small outfit, but they excel at customer service and that makes you want to return - which I will do. Thank you very much.”
