“I asked for boss masks 😷, the large size turned up which are way way to big , so I wasted money, because I don’t want to go through all the bother of sending them back during covid”

“Ordered a Barbour jacket in XL which arrived promptly but was too big. Returned it in the packaging that was included, which was great, and requested an exchange for a size L. That arrived within a few days, no questions asked with good communication of when it was being delivered. The jacket is excellent as you would expect from Barbour.
