“Bought a Barbour Albie Hooded Jacket via internet order, excellent quality and husband really pleased. Fantastic customer service, received email to advise delivery was delayed due to covid. Parcel arrived earlier than expected without any issues. Would definitely buy again.”

“Customer service brilliant. Was so impressed. Bought a Barbour jacket for my husband's birthday on 21 December. He tried it on and thought it was a little small but when checked website was out of stock on larger size. We phoned on 22 Dec to ask if they would be getting any more in and the very helpful gentleman we spoke to said probably not until January but offered to put one aside if it came in. He phoned back a bit later and said he had found the larger size in the stock room and within the hour posted it to us. It arrived lunchtime 23 Dec - can't get better than that. Jacket was lovely quality too.”

“Ordered online. Very easy. Good prices. Order delivered very next day. Decided I'd ordered wrong sizes. Rang and spoke to Miriam who was really helpful and courteous and she got back to me straight away to confirm my new sizes I wanted where in stock. Sent back my previous order in the very handy pre addressed return bag and received my new order the next day. Was fully refunded my first order the very next day.
