“I ordered a Barbour Duke lightweight jacket for walks in case it rains but without a lot of padding making me too hot. Jacket is perfect and after ordering it 15 mins before the next day delivery cut off it was here the next morning. Great jacket and great service.”

“Ordered my jacket on Monday and it arrived almost exactly 24 hours later, ordered the size up from my usual size because of reading other reviews and jacket fitted perfectly. My order arrived along with another bag and return slip for free return, not needed but a nice touch none the less, I was beginning to think that customer service was a thing of the past but Charles Hobson have shown that it is alive and well. “I did not believe service like this existed nowadays! Ordered yesterday (18/8/20) and delivered today (19/8/20) free of charge. The Barbour jacket was the cheapest I could find anywhere online and £70 cheaper than a rival I nearly purchased from. I am over the moon with my purchase, thoroughly recommended. Brilliant company to do business with.”
