“I ordered a Barbour jacket online, which sadly was too small so I rang and spoke to Chris, who was extremely helpful and explained the return procedure I sent the jacket back and received the correct size by return. Superb and efficient service, would not hesitate to use again.”

“I received the Barbour ‘Sapper’ jacket yesterday, two days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Very pleased with the jacket which was as I expected having already had two the same over the last 14 years. Also very impressed with the efficiency of the delivery company - dpd Group. Excellent ! “Dealing with Charles Hobson has been THE best online shopping experience I have ever had. First of all CH was the cheapest price I could find, ordering was easy and simple, delivery was extremely fast, the next day, and delivered by a very pleasant man. The item is just perfect, a Barbour jacket for my fiancés Christmas present and included a returns bag and all the literature to go with it, this of course I wont be needing. “Great price, well packaged, containing all packaging should it need to be returned - bought online mainly for price - turns out I live not far away! Now I know I will pop in directly to try things on - I tried in another shop (who couldn’t even get close on price ) I’m always an M but definitely needed the L in this case - parcel arrived 2 days earlier than stated with DPD”
