“Excellent service with quick delivery. Received updates on delivery status which is very reassuring. Will definitely use this company again.”

Helpful Report

“Have used this Company a few times for Barker shoes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.. The service is excellent and price is less expensive than other stockists. Shoes arrived within 2 days of ordering. I wouldn’t order from any other company other than Charles Hobson for Barker shoes.”

Helpful Report

“Well pleased with the service received. Well managed company. Would shop again. Highly recommended.”

“Item dispatched very quickly with free delivery. Had to order two jackets because unsure of sizing. I would normally order L but ordered both L and XL. Ended up keeping the XL and sending back the L. Refund was quick. Only downside for me was it cost me £12 to send back with recorded delivery and insurance due to price of jacket. Otherwise would have been a 5 star.”

We are sorry that your experience with us was not 5-star. As a small independent high street shop, we do our best to offer competitive prices but we simply cannot afford to offer free returns as well. We are always happy to answer any questions regarding size or fit before you buy. We hope you are pleased with the jacket you kept and that you might consider using us again. Kind regards Charles Hobson

“Nice jacket, very rugged looking and a perfect fit in large, only worn it once but it ticks all the boxes so far and plenty of pockets to hide stuff 😃 strangely I'm an ex Sapper myself having served with the Royal Engineers but it's not the reason I went for the Sapper version, it just looked good.”
