Item dispatched very quickly with free delivery. Had to order two jackets because unsure of sizing. I would normally order L but ordered both L and XL. Ended up keeping the XL and sending back the L. Refund was quick. Only downside for me was it cost me £12 to send back with recorded delivery and insurance due to price of jacket. Otherwise would have been a 5 star.
