“Great customer service, I ordered a Barbour Duke jacket in navy and asked for an XL size which is one size up from my normal fit. However this was found to be two small. I e-mailed Charles Hobson re-this issue stating I required an XXL size.Although Charles Hobson did not have an XXL in stock he managed to source one and I received the replacement jacket which fits perfectly 2 days later. Excellent customer service and great Barbour product complete with Barbour badge and Barbour care booklet.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles Hobson again for my clothes.”

“Made a purchase on line and when it arrived the item was a little on the small side, I rung the shop and they couldn’t have been more helpful,. I returned the original order and they sent me a replacement, a larger size and different colour as that was all they had left in stock, but when arrived was very pleased with both. Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.”

“Very efficient delivery of my jacket. Unfortunately the garment was a bit neat on me, despite me going up from my normal “medium’ to a “large”, so I had to return the item. So far no criticisms of Charles Hobson.”

“Very happy with Charles Hobson. Really clear website, competitive prices and excellent customer service. The only issue was with delivery but I totally understand that this was the delivery company’s fault and not Charles Hobson’s. I paid for next day delivery option (ordered on the Thursday and expected arrival on the Friday) It did not arrive until Monday late afternoon/early evening. I needed the product for the weekend event and therefore the whole purchase was a waste really - But Charles Hobson phoned personally to apologise for the mistake explaining that the delivery company that they use is normally very efficient and a full refund of the next day delivery cost will be actioned. Very happy with the product and high level of customer service. Will use again. Best wishes, Rich Sutton.”
