“My second time shop with Charles Hobson and as with the first a very smooth transaction. Great product, excellent delivery detail communication and product with me two days from placing order. I will definitely use again and do not hesitate to recommend. Thanks”

“Made a purchase on line and when it arrived the item was a little on the small side, I rung the shop and they couldn’t have been more helpful,. I returned the original order and they sent me a replacement, a larger size and different colour as that was all they had left in stock, but when arrived was very pleased with both. Would definitely recommend them and use them again myself.”

“Very efficient delivery of my jacket. Unfortunately the garment was a bit neat on me, despite me going up from my normal “medium’ to a “large”, so I had to return the item. So far no criticisms of Charles Hobson.”

“Very happy with Charles Hobson. Really clear website, competitive prices and excellent customer service. The only issue was with delivery but I totally understand that this was the delivery company’s fault and not Charles Hobson’s. I paid for next day delivery option (ordered on the Thursday and expected arrival on the Friday) It did not arrive until Monday late afternoon/early evening. I needed the product for the weekend event and therefore the whole purchase was a waste really - But Charles Hobson phoned personally to apologise for the mistake explaining that the delivery company that they use is normally very efficient and a full refund of the next day delivery cost will be actioned. Very happy with the product and high level of customer service. Will use again. Best wishes, Rich Sutton.”

“I bought a jacket a year ago and was extremely happy with the service I received. Unfortunately the jacket developed a fault. I rang the store and spoke to Chris who couldn’t have been more helpful, offering to get it sorted for me if I could send it back them. I decided to drive up to the store from Nottingham as I was visiting York anyway. And I am so glad I did, I met Chris and Charles today and I have to say that I was completely blown away by how friendly and helpful they both were. They went above and beyond to sort my problem for me. I would just like to say a big thank you again. It was well worth the 96 mile trip. Just wish I lived closer. I would be in the store every week. Keep up the good work guys. First class.”
