“Our account manager Judith helps me out constantly throughout the year, giving advice on anything that should be changed to maximise applicant exposure and letting us know if there are any errors on our ads. Knowing someone really checks and constantly gives excellent customer service is invaluable. Thank you!”

“CharityJob is my go-to resource for VCSE sector recruitment, whether as a candidate or a recruiter. It's easy to use, ads are affordable and get good reach. Customer Service v responsive too. We recently used the new Applicant Manager with the ability to anonymise candidates for the first time. It’s really straightforward to use and has saved us time and resource to manage the application process. I am delighted that it also removes the need to use a lengthy application form which we know presented a potential barrier to candidates. We also used the CharityJob Diversity in Charity Recruitment Guide to improve our recruitment practices and successfully recruited 3 new candidates from underrepresented groups to ensure we better reflect the communities we serve.”

“Easy to upload ads. Different packages available. We've advertised through CharityJob twice and had good responses both time. Interaction with support was very good and helpful. Only niggle was restriction with adding email addresses and links within body text of ad, but can attach documents with those details in.”

“CharityJob has a far better site than many I have used, allowing users to add a number of variable and helpful filters (e.g. salary sought, whether or not to include home-based work), and the site actually delivers what it promises quickly and reliably. It covers a wide range of potential jobs. It took me some months to find what I was after, but my search was finally successful. It cost me nothing. I would recommend CharityJob to anyone looking for work across a wide range of relevant jobs.”
