“What fantastic service, especially given the difficult situation we are all in. We have used Cosywool to insulate our shed that we are turning into a proper cabin. It is so nice to use, no masks or gloves required and it feels like we have been wrapped in a big cosy jumper, great sound insulation too. Many thanks to Celtic Sustainables. I would highly recommend. p.s I've used off cuts to protect my veg patch, the slugs hate it !!”

“Very happy with the sheep’s wool insulation from Celtic Sustainables. The service: Easy to use website Informative website Helpful customer service who responded swiftly to any queries I had pre purchase Prompt delivery The product: Great price Natural product Sustainable Easy to work with No itchy/irritating particles Has helped to both thermally and acoustically insulate my gym shed/work shop Reusable (if I ever need to dismantle and love the shed) Very happy and would purchase the product again. Also very happy with Celtic Sustainables. Would buy from them again.”

“A system of ordering and then picking up from your site would have been preferable to sending the product all the way to Swansea and back again several days later .not very environmentally friendly”

Richard, Your order was placed less than a week after a nationwide lockdown was initiated. Collections at the time were simply not viable or safe, given that we had massively reduced members of staff on-site coinciding with a massive increase in demand. The safety of the public and members of staff is always going to take priority in such situations. Scheduled collections were re-instated a few weeks after, once we felt it safe to do so.

“Very pleased with purchase. The colours are excellent. I have able to create the shade I required in the renovation of a mahogany dumb waiter. The products arrived very promptly. Thank you. Kind regards Jean Buss.”

“We needed paint during lockdown. Since we last used the prouct the colour names had all been changed so we were unsure if we could order and if so which colour we needed. Celtic Sustainables were really helpful about the colour match and the quantity required and despite lockdown it was with us in just a couple of days exactly as promised. A 5 star service for the 5 star Monmouthshire Cottage it is being used for. Thank you!”
