Hi. Sorry to hear that after you phoned us you had difficultly with the courier service. We were told by the courier company that they tried to deliver next day but there was no response. As mentioned on the phone, we are very happy to give you a refund for the difference in the delivery costs. We need to speak to you to make the refund to your card. We will call you today.

“Answered my technical questions very quickly and professionally. Very helpful which is main reason I bought from them, along with cheaper delivery than competitors and possible to split packs where required.”

“Quick delivery and product very well packaged. At the time of writing, the cheapest on the market for the EcoPro paint from Earthborn.”

“Ordering from Celtic Sustainables was really easy, and our items were delivered on time which was a great help. Other suppliers I had looked into didn't offer the product as Next day delivery. We ordered the Thermafleece Cosywool insulation which was perfect, and it was great that Celtic Sustainables sold this by the roll rather than only the 3-roll packs. We will be ordering other items from Celtic Sustainables in the future as we complete our home renovations, very happy customers. Thank You.”
