“Excellent experience. The product I wanted to but wasn’t currently in stock so I received a courteous email noting this to me with the option of waiting or being refunded. They underpromised and over delivered on the expected timings and made sure it was next day delivery (rather then standard as advertised). Competitive price on the product also.”

“Order was processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. Packing was recyclable although it was frustrating to have the paint tins in a plastic bag to contain any leakage. Will use again.”

“Delivery came on time and well packaged. One tin of paint had burst but the packaging ensured no leakage or mess. Celtic Sustainables were excellent at the way they dealt with the ensuing replacement.”

“Celtic Sustainables to the rescue! There are no stockists of claypaint in our area, and I was doubtful about ordering online. But I needn't have been. Celtic Sustainables do an excellent job. I am most impressed by their delivery service. They also stock a great range of good quality paint.”

“Great experience. Fabulous quality ad you would expect from natural wool and a pleasure to install. Everyone should make the move. I will be installing again in roof without question. May be slightly more expensive but worth every penny in environmental terms and health reasons. Thought about this for years and so glad I made the move.”
