“Found the website while looking for ecofans for my log burner. It was easy to navigate through the site and also to perform the order, there was no choice for delivery on the product only a standard but that was exemplary as it arrived before the estimated date. “Love that it is an UK based company using English wool. Quick order processing and delivery. Only small criticism is the order was delivered in two parts on two different days but I was only given one order number. So I didn't find out about the second delivery until I rang them to ask where the rest of my order was.”

“Excellent customer service, very quick to answer any questions by email, very helpful, and efficient in processing and shipping orders. They also use a reputable carrier so no problems with delivery. They offered the best price on the paint I ordered, and I spent a long time checking other companies but no one came close. Would definitely use Celtic Sustainables again, and would recommend to anyone.”
