“Really pleased with my purchase. First time I tried to order it failed as my name didn't quite match the name on my card. Tried the order again and emailed to confirm it was OK, got a nice resonse very quickly saying the order was fine and the light was due for despatch that day. Quick despatch and delivery, got emails saying my light had been despatched and another saying it that it had gone out for delivery. Offer voucher turned up within the two week time period stated and with a full, personal letter rather than just a with compliments slip as I would have expected - thought that was a nice touch. The day that the courier message was telling me that the goods would be delivered, I had a call from Castlegate saying that a stock issue indicated that they had shipped me the wrong product. They said that they would get the package recalled on the courier and ship me the right product. Sure enough - the next day I had my fitting. So not quite as timely as expected, but I knew what was happening and didn't have to deal with the delivery of an incorrect product. Mistakes happen, but the test of a company is how they deal with it, and in my experience Castlegate can teach everyone a lesson....”
