“This was my second purchase of a long sleeve kimono, they're lovely. I got two colours to choose from, because I wasn't sure about the rendition on the website. The quality and service from C&C is excellent but I would have thought for the high cost of these sweaters they might have arrived in a box, not a cheap plastic bag, which had a tear in it on arrival and doesn't have reseal tape. Also, return postage should be free for these expensive items. To return a sweater via Hermes, including insurance to the value of £200 it cost £15.”

“Sadly this beautiful ponch had to be returned as it just swamped me and didn’t hang properly, also the colour was not as expected. I ordered Regatta Blue and the item was labelled Cornflower which more accurately described the colour. I have ordered a number of items from you in the past and have always been very happy with the style and quality. Sadly not this time for me. Delivery and refund prompt so no issues there.”

“Grey comb that looks like it will de-bobble knitwear. Shame it's not like the photo - tortoiseshell with a ribbon - although I admit it was advertised as 'white'.”

“Always great quality and service. Such tempting and beautiful products on your website. This is my 4th purchase from C& C. I always get compliments when I wear them. I was sad to miss my preferred colour Abigail but Tracey went the extra mile to search for one. “Delivery was really quick, packaging was good but most important my second, short sleeve Ocean Blue Kimono is absolutely lovely. Gorgeous colour. I followed the advice on washing the first one I bought and no problems at all. Not inexpensive, but will be wearing both for many years. so cost per wear will be vey low. Love them.”

“Items arrived and look very nice; good fit. Bit puzzled why the company logo says Warm & Co and not Cashmere & Co. I chose Cashmere & Co because the product is ethically sourced so am now a little unsure if Warm & Co reflect the same principles? I'd like C&C to contact me with more information. I'm sure it's just a shop name, but nevertheless...”
