“You sent me the wrong size in the Kimono style (apologies accepted) and was told the correct size would be sent that day. I did receive the package but a different style altogether! I now await my original order of s/m in the Kimono. We all make mistakes.”

“I absolutely adore C & C and always so happy with their service but was horrified to discover I now have to pay import duty on all goods received from the UK, which was an extra €133.00! This effectively will prevent me from buying from you anymore as it obsviously adds such a huge expense, I am so sorry. Always love your beautiful cashmere.”
