“From an initial inquiry with a POS bundle to help after purchase I found CRG enormously helpful and service was super efficient. A wrong item was sent but it arrived the following morning - hassle free. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you”

“Ordered on Monday, paid for next day delivery, order didn't arrive. I phoned on Thursday to enquire and was told that they had tried to deliver on Wednesday but there was no one here to take delivery - I pointed out that this was definitely untrue as we are a business with the front doors wide open from 9am to 11pm! I was told that they had absolute faith and were happy with their curriers and that no one was there to receive the delivery again! Goods finally arrived on Thursday. I asked for a refund of the next day delivery fee but had not heard anything regarding this.”

“Whilst the cash register I ordered wasn’t available I was immediately offered a free upgrade which was promptly delivered. At a time when companies are taking your money for stock they don’t physically have I was very impressed.”
