Cartridges supplied are a poor fit into my HP Officejet printer,. I keep having to re insert these to get them to work. Poor quality Cartridges.

Cartridges are of a usable quality, however delivery took a long time. Over all I would think again about purchasing from Cartridge Shop if you are in any sort of hurry for your cartridges.

I just also find that the Quilty of ink isn’t the same as the original ones. They seem to run out quickly

I think over the years the prices have risen and my recent order took an unacceptably long time to arrive.

I bought hp orginal ink. Afterwards realised it was an refill ink. That is why my rating is low and I am not happy with the business it's misleading the consumers.

I bought a set of Premium Cartridges for my HP Photosmart Printer and our black Labrador Dog comes out dark BLUE! they are rubbish. Will not use you again.

During the process of ordering online I recall being informed that free next day delivery would apply. I ordered on a Friday and expected "next day" to be normal weekdays so was expecting delivery on Monday. After some days I phoned CS regarding no delivery and was informed that the product Epson Gloss ink for Epson R3000 printer was being despatched from Europe, I think it was Switzerland. The Ink eventually arrived on Thursday. It is very unlikely that I would use this company again.

First time using Cartridgeshop and I was pleased with the prompt delivery. I have an issue with the black cartridges in that for one of them the printer won't let me print at all and with the second one, it prints but I'm being constantly told that it's counterfeit and only a quarter full. The printer is flashing continuously as well but I can live with that. The colour cartridge seems OK but I'm also being told it's half full.

Placed two orders through Cartridge Shop within a few days. Both orders placed through Get Paid to, where cashback is offerred. First order - not credited, second order was - and despite writing to ask why I haven't had a response. Products arrived in good time, so very disappointed to be let down by their promises.

the cartridges i ordered from you which are a pack of four TO551,2,3,4 series for an Epsom stylus Photo RX520. None of them worked and the printer keeps complaining that they are not compatible. Need some help as need to print things. Thank you.

The alternative cartridges are not recognised by my Canon printer so it reports them as low ink. Will be buying the branded parts next time.

ordered 2 301 xl compatible cartridges 0n 20.9.18. the colour one worked ok but the black one leaked over my printer causing me to clean up the mess and dump the black cartridge. I am disappointed in this and this is why i ordered genuine cartridges which work fine.

Dot sure if this is a one off on a comparison from same purchess from argos which cost £36 when finished putting in printer the ink leaves went down a quarter on all three except the black cartridge. Not happy with purchess confidence lost

Dear Mr Hallett Thank you for your review. The cartridges you have ordered are the standard capacity ones, not the higher capacity, though both types of cartridges are the same size, this is why the ink levels will look low. The amount of pages you should achieve from these are black 250 pages, and each of the colours 300. This figure is calculated using ISO printing standards and is based on 5% coverage of an A4 sheet.
