Over the past several years I have bought several ink cartridges from them which all worked perfectly.
There was only one cartridge which was a duplicate that I bought but did not use for about 6 months which I could not fit into my printer despite it appearing to be a perfect duplicate of the original make which I had to discard.
On the whole their service and product have been first class.
