During the process of ordering online I recall being informed that free next day delivery would apply.
I ordered on a Friday and expected "next day" to be normal weekdays so was expecting delivery on Monday. After some days I phoned CS regarding no delivery and was informed that the product Epson Gloss ink for Epson R3000 printer was being despatched from Europe, I think it was Switzerland.
The Ink eventually arrived on Thursday.
It is very unlikely that I would use this company again.
