“Whilst I never actually purchased anything as I stupidly clocked on the wrong product that I require. However, I will say that the visit service were absolute brilliant in dealing with my cancellation and also getting my refund back into my bank account. So a big thank you and👍👍 from me”

“I really appreciated the helpful comments but was starting to doubt the product. However I did not insert the cartridge properly, and once I realised this, with some gentle prompting, my faith was restored. Thank you for your patience Cartridge People.”

“I had recently purchased the cleaning cartridges for my printer, but couldn’t figure out how to use them!!! Caroline was absolutely brilliant she forwarded the utube video to me, and I was able to clean the nozzles. But at the end the machine told me they were all clean, no problems, so I didn’t need the cleaning cartridges!! I phoned to say many thanks and spoke to Phil, who told me the cartridges would keep for months. Thank you both for your kindness.”

“After discovering a problem with a new toner I had received I rang customer services and was greeted by Lucy who understood the problem straight away and immediately sent me information to try to resolve the issue. After following the instructions I let Lucy know that I still had a problem and she immediately replied with her apologies, informing me that a replacement toner would be sent. The customer service is absolutely excellent and Lucy was very helpful, patient and polite throughout. Thank you very much Lucy.”

“My first time purchasing from this company and I am extremely impressed both on the value and customer service areas. In the past I had bought 3rd party products only to find that they didn't work, not the case with the Cartridge People, within minutes of placing my order for an original branded product, they called me to explain I could save more money and gave me the reassurances I needed that their products would work, the cartridges arrived the next day and they are brilliant. I will never go anywhere else again. Top products, top service and top value!”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong product - silly me! When I e-mailed customer service I got a very swift response from Phil who explained the returns process along withtetns and conditions. Options were a refund to my initial payment method, or credit on account. I didn't have an account, but wanted the correct item sent out. I asked Phil the easiest way to do this he responded to explain, and also said that he had noted the return was on its way back on my original order to make things quicker when the returned item got back. Phil was really helpful and I was able to resolve everything super quickly. If only everybody I worked with was a Phil!”
