I am very satisfied with the service and price and even having received a faulty cartridge it was replaced quickly with no hassle and i even received some tea bags as a goodwill gesture. I will continue using Cartrdige people

Order was delivered on time but was not happy with the aggressive sales pitch to change my order to own brand, the option was available from the start but I had chosen originals as my choice

I wish that I had come across Cartridge People before. You were £18 chaper than ordering the same Epson inks from Epson themselves and they arrived the next day. Excellent service.

First time ordering from Cartridge People, unfortunately due to the courier damaging the parcel not a great start ( these thing happen). However one phone call to Rachel @ cartridge people and everything was sorted, replacement cartridge on way. I was impressed that I could call a real person and report the problem. Fantastic service from Rachel, well done. My feedback would be to improve the packaging to avoid any damages.

Delivery companies usually notify me in advance of the time they will deliver giving me the option to change the time or date, This was not done. All I got was notificatiion that it had been delivered on Sat. 7th when I was away. I was alarmed by the photo which showed the item in full view from the street. When I arrived back home I was relieved to find someone had tucked it safely under the doormat

There was no fault with Cartridge People. They sent the order as usual but the carriers did not deliver it. A replacement order which arrived the next day by a different carrier was made and I wish to thank Cartridge People for this.

I was having problems with my print quality, and contacted Cartridge People. I would like to thank Melanie, who dealt with my query very promptly and efficiently, sending out a replacement ink cartridge which arrived the next day, It is now installed and the print quality is up to the standard that I have come to expect from Cartridge People supplies. Top marks all round for service.

I had an issue with printing after inserting my new cartridge. After a couple of very helpful emails, Sam rang me so that he could talk me through what I had to do. Problem resolved. Brilliant, Sam listened to me, was patient and so helpful, very friendly and took his time with me. If I ever had any other problems I'd go to Sam first. So lovely to talk to a human. Thank you Sam
