“I have used cartridge people for several years. Unfortunately my latest purchase I clicked on the recommended ink swap assuming it would indeed work with my printer like it said and it didn’t. I am still waiting for confirmation that the return has been received and a refund to be processed. If this is done promptly then I will continue to use cartridge people (and not do the swap) as i haven’t had problems before.”

“I often use Cartridge People as they are one of the cheapest. But this time after I'd placed an order, a salesman phoned me up trying to sell me their own brand cartridges instead. When I tried to explain I wasn't interested, he put the phone down on me! So I'm not going to use them again as no one needs that kind of customer service!”

“Ordered genuine Canon cartridges ( which were horrendously expensive) on the net. Someone rang me very quickly to ask why I hadn’t ordered their own brand, which was way cheaper. Was very dubious but they were delivered very quickly, my a/c was credited with the difference, & apparently their own cartridges contain more ink too, and so far do good, plus they were guaranteed not to cause problems with the printer”

“My order was given to Evri to deliver. Suffice to say they lost it or couldn't be bothered to deliver it so a week later still no delivery. CP offered to send it again and 'waive the £5.99 next day delivery fee'. I asked for a refund.”

“I ordered some printer ink urgently as I needed to get some paperwork printed the following day. I received a phone call shortly after, suggesting their own brand as a substitute for the HP cartridges I has ordered - larger capacity, same price. Cartridges arrived on time and worked fine from the outset. Not used much since the urgent print job, but the quality so far seems just as good as HP.”

“Exceptional service from this company sends me back to them whenever I need computer related items. I will especially mention Simon Heath and Alison who pulled out all the stops last week when I urgently needed toner to complete a printing job with a deadline. When printers give no warning of low toner until they run out, thank goodness for the Cartridge People!”

“Item as described. Spoke to a representative who was friendly and gave details of the Epson Cheetah ink with expiry date. Received item well packaged. Good value for money and much cheaper then high street stores. Will shop again.”
