“Easy to order. Prompt delivery and hp printer worked first time. Much, much cheaper than buying hp cartridges from local outlets. Free recycling of old cartridges an added bonus.”

“Cartridge People service is very good. But when Evri is used to deliver parcels then the system breaks down . Very rarely do they deliver to our property. This delivery was left at another property this time,similar to 2 other deliveries using them. I would prefer that they are not used for our deliveries.”

“Bought generic brand cartridges for my Epson printer (clock). The black cartridge is terrible - I've never had issues with genuine Epson ink before but this generic one fails to print and nozzle cleans etc have little effect. Cheap up front but a waste in practice”

“I had a problem with the printer ink cartridges that I ordered. I can’t fault the help that I received from Customer Services (and in particular, Marianne). She talked me through the fault finding process and organised a new set of printer cartridges straight away. I’ll definitely buy from cartridge People again.”

“I received a defective ink cartridge which was very unusual based on my past experience with Cartridge World. Alison (Customer Service) dealt speedily and efficiently with my communication and I will be receiving a replacement cartridge. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.”

“I had an issue with an ink cartridge and Lucy was very prompt in responding to my query. I was sent links on how to rectify the issue by Lucy and when I was still having problems Lucy arranged a refund. Quick, helpful and reliable service.”
