Only had the mats for a week seem fine. Only issue was delivery time not clear from what is stated as to availability.

Hi! We're really sorry that delivery took a little longer than expected. We're really busy at the moment due to peak season which ends at the end of March. We have invested thousands into automation which will reduce our production times by half. Next time you shop with us, you should expect a delivery window of 3-5 working days. I am very happy with the quality and fit of the mats though the rears could protrude further under the front seats. Carmats4U let themselves down by implying a short dispatch time and so I became very disappointed when they took longer to be sent. I felt I would have been more satisfied if a more realistic dispatch time had been stated at the outset. Carmats4U responded very quickly when I contacted them but I felt their response had probably been copied and pasted to many others. However I am pleased with the product with its grey and blue trim.

Received bootliner and car mats, not overly impressed with the quality for the money, however the bootliner is all bent out of shape due to the way it was rolled and packaged in just a plastic bag.

Hi Lynsey, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy. We describe our items as being flexible enough to be rolled and folded due to the material. We roll these for delivery but provide instructions inside the package explaining that all you need to do is lay the boot liner down in a warm room for 24 hours and the shape will return :) If this is not the case, please let us know via email to support@carmats4u.com with your order number and we will be more than happy to help. Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback. In regards to delivery, we provided an estimate at the time of making the order which was 8 working days (3-5 day dispatch and 2-3 day courier). I can see the order was delivered on the 10th working day, please accept my apologies for the delay in getting the mats to you. We always try to ensure that all orders leave us and get to the customer on time, however sometimes we need a little bit longer to manufacture the perfect set of mats for you and I am sorry you weren't notified of this. Nice mats, but took a bit longer to deliver than expected. Also have received both front mats with holes for fixing them in place although those are not present on the passenger side in my car (I’m not sure they ever are on this model). Mixed feelings overall.

I can see the order was delivered on the 8th working day for you. Now, in regards to the fixing issue. Your vehicle is as standard supplied with two fixings on both the Driver and the Passenger. This will match the OEM genuine mat shape which is supplied by Honda themselves. It's very strange that you don't require the fixings. However, if you need to, you can request further fixing points from Honda for the passenger side. We only supply the counter part which is supplied within the mat. Delivery took ages, car mats fit ok but I am not convinced about the material. I went for their diamond premium rubber mats, they feel more like foam than rubber, also the material is very light-weight so they sit slightly raised from the floor, hopefully, they will flatten out over time. On the bright side, they have no smell. Curious to see how they will test over time.

Hi! It appears that you've ordered our EVA material which is available on our Premium Rubber Car Mat listing. The EVA is superlight-weight as we described on the website and it's designed to be a direct competitor to Rubber. The EVA material is super thick at 6mm and is also odourless, unlike 100% Rubber based Car Mats. We do explain on the website that the material is EVA not Rubber but the properties are far more superior. The biggest benefit is the deep diamond cells which capture any dirt and spills, again unlike the Rubber alternative which doesn't include this. I ordered a mat for the boot area of our new Kia Niro PHEV. I selected the higher spec rubber which was stated to be compatible with our vehicle. The service was excellent with the mat arriving a week or so later. The mat is of very good construction as advertised. However, it does not fit our boot area properly or although it should be adequate.

I ordered premium mats. They don't feel premium. They are still quite thin and stiff. I was expecting them to lay flat and heavy under their own weight.

Ordered some mats for a present, very pleased with them so ordered some for my car on 12th February still not arrived. Phoned company was told they would check, still didn't arrive, sent email reply said they would look into it, still no reply.

The boot liner arrived much later than advertised, probably due to the EVRI courier service in our area. If I'd have known it was EVRI delivering I wouldn't have ordered from CarMats4U

My order was delayed but I had to chase it rather than being told why. Prompt response from customer service when I did chase, and I got a refund on the shipping (I chose next day delivery but it took over a week). I had to solicit the response though, it wasn't proactive. The car mats are really good and I'm very happy with them. The boot tray I ordered doesn't properly fit my car but it will do as an occasional solution. Not ideal.

I bought rubber diamond mats, good material and nice blue trim. However, this trim is too tight and it means the mat doesn’t lie flat, it curls at the corners. I have tried the bend but after 2 weeks it is the same. I should have invested 1st time in genuine mats, shame really as they do look good!

Unfortunately the car boot liner delivered did not fit my vehicle. When I phoned the person I spoke to (Lewis) was genuinely concerned and I was asked to send in a photo of the issue. I was then emailed an apology and a return label for free return of the liner. I was just sorry that it did not fit since they were so helpful.

The rubber tailored mats are pretty basic but fit well. However, they smell very rubbery. I left them in the garage for a few days in the hope this would decrease but, having had them in the car overnight, it now smells like someone's been smoking in there.

Hi Phil, We're sorry to hear you're not happy with the Rubber Car Mats. They will indeed smell of Rubber as you have commented as they're not described as odourless. We do offer odourless Car Mats such as the EVA Tailored Car Mats which were available at the time of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the Rubber Car Mats, you can of course return them for an exchange. The Rubber Car Mats will carry a Rubber odour for around 2 weeks. The company mention that they have a 3 step process / emails regarding delivery. I only received the first step and nothing after that. I then had to chase the company to find out what was happening. The item arrived today (thank you for that). I have opened the item and not impressed with the stitching, its not neat and has excess material so the white is showing from underneath and spoils the colour I selected. I honestly thought it would be top quality for the amount it costs. I am more than happy to send you photos over.

Excellent quality.Accurate fit.Have ordered four sets of mats to date for different cars and all have been most satisfactory. I incorrectly ordered fabric rather than rubber mats for one vehicle and they accepted my return without question and gave me a refund. Price very competitive and delivery in line with their terms and conditions.Very pleased with my purchases.

After reading reviews I placed my order, using Parcel Force 48 hour. I received my delivery a lot later than expected. The mats were rolled in grey plastic covering which was open at both ends and the carrier advised kept falling out. Indeed they had fell out and had muck on them which I had to clean off. (Gift for my brothers new car) Boot liner fine and good quality. Car Mats were average quality and all in all did not represent good value for money. I was very disappointed overall. I thought by paying good money I would have received better goods and service. I also tried to track my order on website after setting up an account, was still at stage 2 of process each time I checked, received no updates re item being shipped. I would not use again nor would I recommend.

If it was damaged in any way, you should have refused delivery, made us aware straight away and we would have actioned for a replacement to be sent to you. The i10 boot mat was delivered exactly on time. It was a bit difficult to fit given:- it was delivered rolled up like a carpet and :- the outside temperature wasn't far off freezing. It is now in the boot but not a snug fit.

All ok except for the top of range £50 thick carpet insert to rear boot liner tray, which at that money I'd anticipated would have sewn and have bound edges, but they've just cut the shape with a knife and left the edges so they can fray! I may as well have popped up and bought a remnant from local carpet shop and done that bit myself!

Hey Nick! We're sorry to hear you don't like your Platinum Insert. We don't usually bind these as they fit nice and snug insider the Boot Liner tray. So you don't actually see the edges unless you need to clean the item. If the edges did fray, then you can contact us via email or phone and we will look into that for you.
