“"Tell us how Carmats4U made you happy?" Happy? Well, I can't possibly say happy but satisfied enough with the actual items, when they eventually arrived, I suppose. That's because the order arrived so much later than expected and required (due to needing to help my daughter move home, which meant transporting several car-loads of her belongings). The reason for that is the pitiful 'service' provided by Evri (a rebranded Hermes, who prove the notion that s**t will still stink of s**t no matter whatever you call it). They, as has now happened three times in as many months, with my orders, have claimed they will deliver on a certain day, only to tell us the day after that that they weren't able to (even lying to claim they attempted to deliver when our camera proves otherwise), going on to say they will contact us on the next working day (they never do) to tell us when the delivery will be made (it never happens). In this instance, as with others, we eventually found the parcel unceremoniously dumped outside our front gate several days after that. Carmats4U needs to change their delivery provider to stand any chance, at all, of earning a 'happy' from me, I'm afraid.”

“Easy to order and organise, delivery as expected. Quite frustrating that the drivers mat despite being clipped into place catches the clutch peddle each time on change of gear can only hope that this goes away over time.”

“Mats are great but I extra for delivery and the mats turned up almost a week late. Told the company and they said they would refund my delivery but they haven’t.”

“Good product and a good price however disappointed with the time it took for CM4u to process my order. Item was processed past the 8 working days therefore no chance it would have been delivered within the stated 8 working days. Courier managed to receive and deliver my item within 36 hours however CM4u couldn't process my order to the despatch stage within the stated delivery time.”

“Took 9 days to deliver ,I would say that the drivers mat length was probably 2 to 3 inches short on its length but all the others were a perfect fit including the boot lining cover.”

“Not as good as the website advertises. Stitching is poor, scuffing on maths, quite disappointing. So not happy.”

“Paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days for the mats to arrive. Simply I paid extra for a service that wasn't delivered. The quality is less than expected, thin mats similar to lower priced on line retailers. Fit is OK but I doubt I will purchase from them again. The lead in offer of a discount on future orders is of limited value. How many car mats does the average purchaser need per year??”

“Disappointed with quality and trim. Ordered luxury but not even as thick as the mats I already had, trim too wide and makes mat look cheap. They do fit the car and fastening point is a sticky velcro patch. Wish I had ordered rubber now and not wasted my money on these”

“Car mats do not fit a Honda Jazz 2011 despite being advertised for 2009-15 model as the 2 anchor points were too deep. Was set to return but managed , after a lot of fiddling, to swap the two hole surrounds from old carpets for the driver's and passenger mats. The quality of the mats themselves is good and the price was reasonable. Delivery was within a week.”

“In all honesty I was slightly disappointed by the quality of these car mats for my BMW. I upgraded & paid for the luxury ones and they just didn't feel luxurious at all. God knows what the basic will look or feel like? I also did not receive the velcro tabs which attach to the car mats but these were sent in the following days. I emailed Carmats4u, with photos plus my thoughts but all I got back was my order number with reference advising me that what I ordered was what I received. That said, they were expeditious in communicating so CS is on the ball. I have fitted the mats and they are definitely not what I would call luxurious. However, the product itself is well made and would be fine if you didn't upgrade to luxury ones, in my opinion.”

“Mats look good and were delivered quickly especially as they are made to order. However the rear mats had the plastic fixing rings missing. I contacted the company who sent rings to me to fit myself which arrived a few days later. Would have been 5 stars if the rings hadn't been missing.”

“I ordered the the anti-slip carpet insert and the boot protector, both of which are very good. However, the boot liner for the X3 (G01) 2021 Hybrid is not a perfect fit which is disappointing. The boot liner requires the anti-slip mat otherwise everything slides about.”

“The mats look good but smell absolutely awful. The strongest rubber smell. Even after 6 weeks. I have aired them and sprayed with freshener as advised. They are now in the garage .”

“The service and delivery were good, however, the boot liner I ordered for my discovery was flimsy to say the least, for what I paid, I expected something more rigid, robust!! I might as well of just laid heavy duty rubble sacks on my boot floor”

“Delivery was nearly 3 hrs late not yhe fault of the mat supplier . To be honest I appreciate I bought the basic mats for my BMW but the standard was not of the quality I expected and did not have the proper fixings just 2 sticky pads for the drivers side and nothing included for the passenger side”
