“The mats look fine tho' as they are a Christmas gift they have not yet been placed in the car. However, we did have a delivery issue. The mats were delivered to the incorrect address, thankfully to our extremely honest neighbour. Our Evri courier operative is usually very reliable. The main reason for the error was the address shown on the delivery label in that it showed my name + the street name but no house name or number. We do not have a house number and delivery without the house name is likely to fail. I encountered some difficulty with your website when trying to complete the address. I do not know if your website has an AI component but it was reluctant to accept the house name or even the street name. It repeatedly defaulted to the defective address which then appeared on the address label without my noticing it. I might also suggest that we do not all live in cities. Thankfully my neighbour delivered the mats and they do look to be good quality.”

“Help was at hand to find the correct size for the camper. Communication was good. The product arraived in time and was as descriped on the website. The new carpet fitted well into the MB Sprinter. If I would need a new carpet for the camper or car I would use CarMats again. Recommendable”
