“Kept updated about order and delivery. Packaged in thin clear plastic.Bought rubber mats for 2 of our cars, one new coming next week. The rubber mats stink being left out for a week for odour to dissipate. I don't want this odour to ruin my new car. Don't but their rubber mats purely due to smell”

“Excellent service, kept informed every step of the way. Front mats fitted perfectly. Rear mats seemed to be shaped quite randomly. They were not the same but I could see no reason why? Existing mats were identical.”

“Great product.. we ordered mat’s for my xc40 and my wife’s Troc convertible.. they are great quality and nicer than the ones I already had.. only downside is the boot mat we ordered for the Troc didn’t fit, no alternative given which was a shame but the returns process was efficiently dealt with.”

“Saw the ad on Instagram so decided to give the basic mat a try as it was tailored to my car's design. The ordering process was straightforward and emails kept me informed on the progress of my order. Very pleased that they even have the lugs that means they fit and don't shift. Looks so much nicer now. Decided to buy a set for my husband's car.”

“Set of 4 car mats for 2013 Focus. Initial issues with delivery going missing were sorted quickly and without quibble. Replacement mats arrived and fitted, and I'm very happy. Special thanks to Kate S and Dan S for top notch customer service :-)))) Losing a star for choice of courier, though. Sorry :-(”
