The value of my care lease was one of the best one the market. I dealt with one member of staff throughout the sales journey. The sales staff member was very responsive (within minutes) when assisting to get the information needed. Upon signing the contract I experienced delays in responses and frequently no responses, in particular where I had given advice on an important issue. The last email I sent requesting information relating to the hand over of the vehicle did not receive a response. However, the delivery driver of the vehicle was , friendly, well presented and professional. Although the value and delivery were very good, I would not recommend this company, nor use them again, due to the manner and service received from the agent I dealt with. Who I felt was complacent and inefficient.

Hi Beatrice, firstly we can only apologise for the issues you encountered. I have looked into this and we had an issue getting information from the supplier, you should have been kept up to date at this point so we have brought this up as a training issue. We ask our suppliers to call the night before / same day for delivery, thus no email the day before from the agent (confirmation of delivery was sent to you on 22/3 by email) . In future we are looking at having our admin department call the night before to confirm everything is on track. Regards
