My car was not recently delivered (as you say). I have had it 4 years and this was an extension. This is sloppy.
Also, I have asked countless times to correct my email address yet you have sent this request for a review to my wife. If you can't get 2 basic things like that right, there is not much hope for more complicated stuff.
