I was kept waiting for 1 1/2 hours, with no indication of how long I should wait to begin with, and when I tried my key it broke and fell apart in my hands, I was told to come back and then kept waiting for a further 1 1/2 hours. there was complete disregard for my time and there was no communication with me while I was sitting and waiting. So disappointing! the customer service leaves ALOT to be desired.

I had a key done on my Saab 93 the first time I used the key the battery in the key was flat.when the key is put in the ignition the key case kept poping open due to faulty key case.so I phoned the company as the key started to play up they said they would send a new key case which never happened.a week later the key packed up all together so I rang the company back up.the guy said that he wanted me to to agree to paying 120 pound call out fee if it was a fault with the car not the key.when I already told them the pin inside the key had broke off and fell out the key due to the case keep opening and keep clipping it bk together.but the guy continued to talk me into paying the 120 even tho they key didn’t last 2 weeks and I had a years warranty.so when I Asked to speak to the manager he told me he would call me back and didn’t so I tried to call him back but then it said that they was closed even tho it diverts u to there emergency number when closed which it did do half hr before.so I had to use my girlfriends phone to call back it I got thru fine but couldn’t get thru on my phone as they blocked my number.after about 20 mins finally got them to send someone out who then done a new key again.and they tried blaming a fault on the car so they could charge me again.im a self employed mechanic been in the trade for 25 years there was nothing wrong with the car or the old key I just lost it on a night out.terrible communication out for what they can get rude ppl steer clear of this company

Dear Peter, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with our services. We aim to provide a quality service starting from sale to after sale to all our customer. We have experienced locksmiths engineers and trained sales advisers to offer a good customer service. The situation that you have on your vehicle was due to the new remote created as explain over the phone but due to an issue with the vehicle. We have never blocked your number it may have been just a high volume of calls and your couldn't be taken but in exchange put the phone down on us when call to explain your car issue while we had the tech on site second time. It sad to see people trying to take advantage by attempting to mislead. There is just one more thing I want to ad, we as a company have over 500 5 stars review here from real customers that have used our services that we stand for, in exchange can you show me how your customers will review you? Got charged 100 £ for a call out call just to be told my battery was weak and was told il recieve a reciept of payment and wasnt given any reciept

Dear Ahmed, May I please remind you that you have made assumptions based on information you've seen on internet that fault on your vehicle is steering lock, but it wasn't the case on your vehicle as from factory the is not equipped with. We have further advised you from initial diagnostic carried out on site that the is a communication between modules and further investigation have to be carried out in the workshop. Hope this clarify the situation.
