“Excellent company who have made keys for two my cars today. Well organised and on time they have made remote/ keys for a Renault Clio and a 25 yr old MGF with no problem at all. Reasonably priced and professional, I will definitely use them again should the need arise.”

“While the service was quick and painless I felt the £90 charge was a bit much. The adviser mentioned if I had just asked them to change the battery they would have spotted this small issue and charged me only £15 so to charge me 6 times the price was ridiculous.”

“Although Car Keys Solutions responded promptly to my request, the prices quoted were wholly inconsistent. The phone operator quoted £350, then an email at the same time quoted £300.I had a new ignition barrel on my VW Beetle - but this is the 2nd one from CKS in 2 years, which is not right. I felt as a gesture of goodwill they could at least repair the key - but was quoted £180 or £50 if done at the time. I declined. The phone operator, obviously abroad due to poor phone connection said work guaranteed for 6 months, engineer who did the work said a year. With the greatest respect to CKS. I truly hope I don’t have to call them out again but somehow feel this one won’t last. They also changed the the time of call-out whilst I was out in the morning from 3-5 to 11.30, whilst considered a good thing, I had made plans and appointments around the 3-5 slot.”

“Visited your Brentwood unit as urgently needed Ghost fitted and to take advantage of your £650 deal to include dash cam. Bit disappointed when I turned up to be told they had no dash cams available for that deal??? Your guys were very apologetic and fitted the Ghost.”

“Excellent service and workmanship from a great company. After an attempted theft of my Fiat Ducato I was feeling glum. The ignition barrel had been damaged and I could no longer insert my key or start the vehicle. I thought I was looking at about £1K for a new barrel and keys from Fiat and then being left with separate keys for the doors and ignition. A call to CKS cheered me up. They quoted £400 and John was with me in under two hours. A veritable auto lock genius, he drilled out the old barrel and then customised a replacement barrel to work with my keys giving me some useful van security tips along the way. What a hero!”
