“Engineer frustrated by wrong post-code on car documents which delayed finding the car together with me and my wife. However we eventually found each other and apart from no power in car battery he managed to rig enough power into the car's circuits to get the job done, it just took longer than expected. He remained professional and cheerful throughout”

“My experience of using Car keys Solutions for the first time was positive. I chose them because of their high TrustPilot rating and 5 year warranty, even though they were more expensive than the alternatives. The order process was very simple and the technician visited my home the next day. He was knowledgeable and polite and completed the installation work within two hours. The briefing and handover was clear and concise. So, so far a very positive experience. I haven’t used the car since, so I can’t comment on the reliability of the system, yet.”

“I lost my car keys on Monday night. I contacted Car Key Solutions first thing Tuesday morning. By noon the same day I had a new key and the reassurance that the old one had 'been deleted'. Very impressed with both the speed and quality of the service.”

“Complaining about the method my payment for the job done was taking from my account was absolutely wrong.The staff explained that payment could be made by klarna but eventually set my payment to be taking at a go and not by klarna again.They are not very honest with this there payment plans and highly disappointed with this.It was a very bad experience. "DON'T MISLEAD YOUR CUSTOMERS".”
