“Very organmised and efficient. Pricing good (especilly if compared to Dealers) work carried out within @ 40min (this was for a replacement/spare fob and blade). Staff are pleasant and helpful -wntnessed some people arriving both to pick and ask other questions - Staff had more than time to answer helpfully. Dont normally award 5 star as there is always room for improvement, but feel they seem sto me on a journey to always improve.”

“Engineer frustrated by wrong post-code on car documents which delayed finding the car together with me and my wife. However we eventually found each other and apart from no power in car battery he managed to rig enough power into the car's circuits to get the job done, it just took longer than expected. He remained professional and cheerful throughout”

“My experience of using Car keys Solutions for the first time was positive. I chose them because of their high TrustPilot rating and 5 year warranty, even though they were more expensive than the alternatives. The order process was very simple and the technician visited my home the next day. He was knowledgeable and polite and completed the installation work within two hours. The briefing and handover was clear and concise. So, so far a very positive experience. I haven’t used the car since, so I can’t comment on the reliability of the system, yet.”

“I lost my car keys on Monday night. I contacted Car Key Solutions first thing Tuesday morning. By noon the same day I had a new key and the reassurance that the old one had 'been deleted'. Very impressed with both the speed and quality of the service.”
