“The man turned up exactly on time, and he wasted no time getting on with the job. The van was fully equipped with everything to complete any job he was given. His phrase was “trust me “ and he only completed the job of getting my daughters car back on the road, when he was satisfied, it was ready to hand it back to me. Although a little expensive, I suspect it would have cost a lot more getting Mercedes to come out and do it. More than happy to use them again if unfortunately a situation like that were to happen again.”

“Very prompt service. Young man was very polite and explained everything perfectly and also very thorough. Showed me how everything now worked properly. I also received phone call to say there may be a delay due to traffic (which wasn't a problem for me) but it was nice to be informed. All round, very satisfied and would recommend.”

“It was absolutely fantastic service. My only car key broke and I was stuck on a Sunday morning. Spoke to them on the phone and van man arrived almost at the said time and made a new car key for me. Very good service! Hope I don’t have to use them again but would highly recommend !!”

“Very flexible and professional. I used them before and was very satisfied that is why I called them again. My car had problem with the OBD reader and it took them longer than expected but they didn't charged me more. I will definitely use them again.”

“Guy came out was very helpful told my I didn't need to buy new part as there was nothing wrong with the old part thought this was good as he could of just put new part on and charged me 600 pounds really pleased”
