“Very quick and efficient warranty repair of car key. I suppose slightly disappointed it stopped working in the first place.”

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We are extremely sorry to disappoint a customer. However as Key fobs are exposed to more utilisation than most electronics sometimes they can stop working or they can come with a fault from manufacture so therefore we offer the 1 Year Warranty for every Key we supply and program.

“It’s been a quick response to my enquiry from Car Key Solutions. The engineer arrived the same day and my new key was made in less than 30min. I’d would definitely recommend Car Key Solution as a professional and reliable company!”

“Great level of service and quick response had my smart key repaired within no time at all. Technicians who responded was very helpfully & friendly resolve the issues and pointed out few things to consider and looking after my smart key. I will definitely be using them again big well done guys.!! 👏🏻👍🏻”

“More than very good - excellent service. Particularly helpful organising the visit to a different location. Extremely flexible. Commendations go to Victoria in the office who put up with all my questions and requirements. The key is so like a BMW key that I asked the technician if he could make it slightly different so we could tell them apart! Not a problem as there was a choice of black and silver side pieces, and a choice of logos, but we stuck to the BMW one. Ten out of ten!”

“Fantastic! I phoned this morning about my broken remote key fob and within 2.5 hours, a very polite young man had arrived to help me. Not only did he provide me with a replacement remote fob and key, he also managed to repair the old one so that I have a spare! Other people have said this service is expensive, but it was a lot cheaper (and a lot quicker) than the Renault Garage, who were quoting me £250 and 2 visits to the Garage over 10 days!! I couldn't be happier with Car Key Solutions' service :)”

“After digesting the cost and biting the bullet it turned out the mobile engineer was able to cut and program a new key AND provide a remote control for not much more. Exactly what we wanted and totally painless!”
