“Ok, look after your key so you don’t have to call anyone. I called almost every dealer in U.K. Key solution was they only one very professional, knowledgeable, straight to the point. Expensive though, no cheap at all. but when you need- you go to get things done. With key solution it’s absolutely 100% things done. For me they were late so NOT 100% but with Mr Vasi it’s compensated. Really professional and up to his job. Well done Vasi. Thank you for today. And not to forget the advise at the end especially the warranty for the keys.”

And is unquestionably that is been a miscommunication as our standard Call out charge/ Diagnose fee is £120. We'd like to make sure that such mistakes don't happen again.We may not be able to change the past but if you give us a chance, we will completely make it up to you.Your feedback makes us better

“HI THERE,MANY THANKS FOR COMING OUT TO ME,WHERE OTHERS REFUSED,YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT,NO COMPLAINTS WITH HIM,I AM JUST A BIT DISSAPOINTED THAT I WAS LEFT WITH A CAR,WHERE THE TAILGATE CANNOT BE LOCKED,THE ALARM DOES NOT WORK,THE CENTRAL LOCKING DOES NOT WORK EVEN WITH THE KEY,I WAS TOLD WHEN I PHONED THE OFFICE,TO ARRANGE THE APPOINTMENT,THAT I WOULD HAVE NO REMOTE CENTRAL LOCKING,BECAUSE THE NEW KEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPERATE THIS,WHICH I ACCEPTED,BUT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THE REST NOT WORKING,ONCE AGAIN I DO NOT BLAME YOUR GUY HE WORKED REALLY HARD TO SORT IT,BUT NONE THE LESS I KNOW HAVE A CAR,WITH NO ALARM A NON LOCKING TAILGATE,AND NO CENTRAL LOCKING ON THE KEY---STEVE JAMES---------”

Sometimes some older vehicles are more difficult on creating a remote. Nevertheless we managed to create a key that started the car and this has made you mobile. And from your description It could be an electrical issue of some kind with the central locking in general , we can definitely help you with this matter .So, please give us a call .We look forward to hearing from you.

“This is a brilliant service! When I lost my car key recently, Victoria gave me very helpful advice and I was reassured that the key could be replaced without difficulty. I spoke to Adrian today to arrange an appointment and within a couple of hours Andrei called at my home and gave me a new key. I am one happy customer who is delighted with the prompt response and resolution of the problem.”
