“I'm so happy I got car keys solutions to do my keys ,they were fantastic and the service was first class. They kept me informed from start to finish...my new key is the latest mercedes fob and looks fantastic..thanks to the team and especially to ebra..highly recommend...10 out of 10 for stars...”

“Genuinely impressed. It always feels like a bit of a risk when you are stuck (and have lready been let down by one supplier). The call back was incredibly fast. The call handler took the details and clarified them as well, ensuring that stock was available. A second key discount was good value (but ultimately no needed). I already had a hunch there was a problem with the car not the key. The engineer was able to establush the problem and then, was upfront with the cost and that it would not be charged if it could not be solved. It ultimately was solved and the cost was far less than the cost of going to a dealer (and having the car towed there) and my time in dealing with that, certainly not on an 11 year old X1. Great also, that, onmce the diagnosis was done and fixed, there was then no pressure to actually get a new key done as that was not the problem. Polite, professional, kept up to date. And in terms of an hourly rate very good value. Definately a creocmmendation.”

“Had a ghost alarm fitted. Stopped working when in valet mode. Didn’t work with emergency code so engineer had to come out. Issue with a sensor, which was there when originally installed. Was informed that was the issue and had to pay £150 for the call out. Told to email to the manager to complain if I wasn’t happy. Have sent a few emails / form via the website and zero response, unfortunate as the engineers are good but I cannot see how it is reasonable to pay £150 for an issue that was there when the alarm was installed (indeed the reason for installing is because the sensor had been tampered with).”

“My key wouldn’t turn in the ignition to start my ford transit custom van. The engineer arrived and it was fixed in about 45 minutes. My time slot was between 11am - 1pm and he arrived at 1:30pm but he did phone to say he would be late so overall happy with the service received.”

“Yhay had.lots of trouble trying to li k car with volvo first day spent 4 hours I had to so came 2 days later and after 3hour all ok new key with fob great service Thanks”
