“Had my Ghost 2 immobiliser installed by Car Keys Solutions and I’m really happy with the service. The technician was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable using the system before he left. Great experience and now I feel much more secure with my car. Highly recommend!”

“I felt that the phone operator could give you more information IE: How long it averagely takes how far they are from you so you can understand the prosses I felt I was in the dark and not helped much at all I was blocking a public area would have liked more detail. The engineer was polite and efficient he gets 10 out of 10”

“Came to sort out a new key, didn’t have the proper key but gave me a substitute supposedly until they came back with the right key. Paid in full for the work. No contact for months so I had to ring them. Young lad came out to sort out the problem. Ended up being charged a further £100 and had to hand the substitute key back to be able to get the new key. Went on their site to leave a comment to find I had been blocked. Stay clear.”

“The engineer was very good 👍 he explained everything to me before and as he did the job. Very polite and helpful, but Joshua the call handler was nothing better than a lieing cheating criminal. He told me what would be done and the cost. He repeated this both to my partner and my mother. Then blatantly denied it basically calling me a lier. Did not appreciate his tone or manner. This continued in front of Basi to the point of me telling him about himself and promptly ending any more communication with him”
