“Our course was safer medicine handling. Although it was a good course with good presentation the content wasn’t always relevant to our clinic. We are an imaging centre with day cases and the course is aimed at care homes”

“Brilliant training, recently had practical moving of people refresher. It was feedback to me that Joanne Baker the trainer was 1st class , very knowledgeable and brought a fun element to the training with her cookies and marshmallow demo. Although the time allocated wasn't quite enough and unable to complete the work books, all enjoyed the session and a learnt new things. Caring for care are easy to communicate with. Francesca Hawkins is very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble and kept me up to date with bookings. Would highly recommend.”

“I have nothing but positive feedback for Caring for Care and whole heartedly recommend for the care sector, etc. in meeting the needs of vulnerable people and children and our staff. The staff team at Head Office, namely Francesca especially, has been n nothing but suer helpful and very responsive to our needs as a care organisation. With a greater demand being on staff on the frontline to provide high levels and medical care Caring for Care facilitators of the training the offer have helped us out immensely in making our staff feel confident and greatly informed about how to support someone well in meeting their outcomes and care needs. “We run specialist care homes for those with neurological conditions and brain injury so it can be challenging to find a training provider who can deliver high standard training to our specialist clinical team. However, our nurses were impressed with the content of the training courses delivered by Caring for Care and were very complimentary about the trainers. From an administration side, we also had a very good experience with our Course Advisor, Emma Birks, who was very helpful and always responded to our queries promptly. Thank you Caring for Care!”

“We have worked with Caring for Care when they delivered some courses for our care providers. They managed to book in courses with very short notice and deliver them to our exact requirements which meant making changes to courses. Emma who I dealt with to organise these courses was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to support us to deliver these courses to very tight deadlines. She was always available when I needed to ask questions or get information and nothing was too much trouble. The feedback we have had from our providers about the courses has also been really good.”

“Caring for care from my understanding is a team of health care professionals who offer and deliver training to health care staff on different conditions that affects the elderly. They also teach you what signs to look for and how to manage same.”

“The tutor was welcoming and very authoriy about time keeping with other candidates arrival plus wanted the attention of all the candidates in the training room during the whole of the training session and very helpful to those who needed and understanding”
