“Great phlebotomy and cannulation training day. Led by a very experienced, patient and knowledgeable trainer. He spent a lot of time giving extra information and support to a group who ranged in experience. Highly worthwhile. Francesca in the office was also very helpful getting the day set up, although it did take some time to getting a trainer and venue aligned.”

“Attended refresher moving and handling training-poor training delivery, trainer did not appear to be following any lesson plan, and consequently did not deliver on objectives. Was told to just have "play" with equipment and let the trainer know if we needed any help At one point we were showing the trainer how to apply M&H skills All that aside the trainer was very pleasant and friendly”

“It was well planned. Easy to understand because it was well explained and supported by good illustrations in a real life situation. Practical exercises with a dummy made it more easier. That was brilliant.”
