“The presenter Maxine was excellent and very knowledgable, she made the topic both engaging and relevant to everyday pratcice. It would have been helpful to be provided with a copy of the presentation or selected slides particularly when it came to the legislation governing safeguarding - but the caring for care team said this wasn't possible when I queried it with them on the day.”

Hi there, Thank you for your review, we do appreciate it! We do provide activity booklets for all of our courses which are to be used throughout the session and kept by our delegates. If you have not received one of these, please let us know and we will amend this asap. Whilst we do not provide our presentations free of charge, we do have both our Safeguarding Children and Adults presentations available for purchase. “The training was more informative But it will be very good if there were handouts Also it’s difficult to get the training certificate so Please try and have a second look regarding this issues. Thank you”

“Fantastic course Mary the trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. Great at bringing stories into real life situation and examples. Our course was a mix of experienced and inexperienced staff and Mary was brilliant at breaking the higher level discussions down for those of us that were inexperienced.
