“Today I attended cannulation training in a group session with Michael. The training was well organised, informative, and supportive throughout. Michael explained the procedure clearly and demonstrated each step in a way that was easy to understand and follow. I found the practical element especially useful, as it gave me the opportunity to build confidence and improve my technique in a supervised environment. Michael was approachable, patient, and provided constructive feedback that helped reinforce good practice and infection control measures. The session was engaging and interactive, allowing everyone in the group to ask questions and practise skills safely. Overall, the training was very beneficial and has increased my confidence and understanding of cannulation procedures.”
